crossfit

CrossFit: constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.

Every one of our CrossFit classes includes a coach-led warm up, lift, metcon (metabolic conditioning/cardio component), and recovery/finisher. All movements taught are scalable to any ability level, from those new to fitness entirely to competitive athletes. You will see movements from traditional power lifts, to Olympic lifts, to gymnastics and bodyweight movements. Metcons vary between anaerobic sprints, interval training, and long-distance conditioning. Extra work is programmed almost every day for those of us who want a little more to do. Along with our extensive class schedule, there is something for everyone! The following is our CrossFit schedule:

 

Monday: 5, 6, 8, 11:30 AM - 4:30, 5:30 PM

Tuesday: 5, 6, 11:30 AM - 4:30, PM

Wednesday: 5, 6, 8, 11:30 AM - 4:30, 5:30 PM

Thursday: 5, 6, 8, 11:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Friday: 5, 6, 7 AM - 4:30 PM

Saturday: 8, 9 AM


hybrid

In our hybrid classes, we put away the barbells and grab kettlebells, dumbbells, battle ropes, slam balls, and boxes. After a coach-led warm up, you will go through either intense circuits of cardio or long endurance pieces. The movements are easy to learn and classes are fun and energetic. Come get your sweat on!

olympic weightlifting

 

Come throw some barbells around with us in our Olympic Weightlifting classes! Each and every class focuses on lifts and drills to help you improve your clean & jerk and snatch. No conditioning in these classes- just good ol’ fashioned lifting. All movements are scalable to all levels, and we will meet you wherever you are in your lifting journey.
