I found the love for all things fitness and wellness while I was finishing up my undergraduate degree at Michigan State University, trying to keep up with my now Fiancé, Zach, who was playing football at Vanderbilt. I started lifting weights on my own, gaining more and more confidence, strength and independence, which eventually led me to start taking more group-style fitness classes, where I really became more confident with a barbell and cross-fit style workouts. Eventually I was introduced to CrossFit West Nashville by my fiancé, Zach who brought me to a community day workout and the rest is history!
