Our pre/post-natal program is designed to help moms achieve optimal physical health during and after pregnancy, with a focus on safe and effective exercises that promote strength, flexibility, and overall wellness. We also address common physical challenges experienced by expectant and new mothers, such as muscle imbalances, posture issues, and core weakness, and can provide customized training plans to help you overcome these obstacles.
Our pre/post natal program provides numerous benefits, such as improved cardiovascular health, increased strength and endurance, reduced stress, better sleep quality, and a faster recovery after childbirth, all while our coaches ensure that the exercises are safe and appropriate for you and your baby.
All new expectant mothers will have a one on one meeting with our Pre/Post Natal Specialist and fill out a PAR-Q to assess their current fitness/health status. From there, our specialist will discuss and advise what pathway would be best for the client (whether personal training, classes, etc). From there, the client will go forward with direction from our coaching staff, head trainer, along with meeting with our Pre/Post Natal Specialist throughout her pregnancy.
All our workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics to scale to the experience, abilities, or limitations of any expectant mother. Class participants can expect specific modifications to class movements that support a mom's needs and goals.
Additionally, we offer customized plans for individuals either through personal training or individualized programming. We also have low cost, at-home workouts for moms to follow throughout pregnancy.
