CrossHIIT is a one kind conditioning program designed to help any client see results. We combine CrossFit methodology and classic HIIT principles. Heavy barbells and high skill gymnastics will not be found here. Instead, clients will find heart pumping workouts that challenge them at an appropriate level. Since our CrossHIIT program does not have high skill movements, the learning curve is much easier. It is a truly a plug and play type program.
