If your kid or teen is looking for a safe and fun way to fitness, CFWN offers a summer program for our next generation of athletes. We understand kids are busy during the summer. Your child can attend just one or all of the sessions. Whatever works best for your family! The program is divided into two groups from 6-11 years old and 12-16 years old.
Kids (6-11) will learn basic form and movement patterns through playful workouts.
Teens (12-16) will be introduced to gymnastics and weighted movements with form and safety being top priority.
No Fitness experience needed. Minimum age of 6 years old in order to participate.
